Lotus School for Excellence (LSE) is a K-12 Charter Public S.T.E.A.M. School located in Aurora, CO.

Q: What is a charter school?

Charter schools are state-funded, public schools, available to all students tuition-free. They are created to provide new educational choices for parents and students.

Colorado’s Charter School Act combines the fundamental aspects of public schooling with the flexibility and freedom of the private sector. “In one big sweep”, states the Colorado Department of Education, “a charter school can create a delivery system that individualizes and customizes education to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse society.”

Q: How will my student arrive to school?

               While we do not have transportation available, we welcome our Lotus parents to connect and form carpools together. Lotus School works with Way To Go to provide a free carpool connection service exclusively for the LSE Families.
