If you have trouble printing the application package, please call our office and we will mail the application form to you.You will need to fill out the application package and return it to our office with all of the necessary documentation indicated in the package to 11001-A East Alameda Avenue, Aurora, CO 80012 either by mail or hand delivery. The date we receive your completed application package will be the application date. It is important to apply early since the completed application date will determine the priority for the waiting list if we exceed the capacity in a certain grade level.
Those who have sibling(s) at Lotus have priority over others. In this case, you should contact the office so we can reserve a spot for your sibling. Please note that Kindergarten is a full day program and parents will pay an additional $200/month fee. If you are applying for Kindergarten please choose 0 as the grade you are applying to.
Please be sure to bring the following information for proper enrollment: Immunization Records
Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency with guardian name (heating bill, water bill, etc)
Parent or Guardian Identification (Driver’s License, Passport)
Please note that we require all incoming students to complete a Math placement test. This test is does not determine enrollment; it helps us to accurately determine a students level so that they can be challenged and not overwhelmed. Please plan two hours for the test and note that we test during our admissions office hours. We will supervise students taking the test; parents do not have to stay at the school to wait. During the enrollment process we require each family to pay a non-refundable $50.00 students fee, purchase a $3.00 student planner, and LSE uniform shirts.
